Returns and Warranty Policy - Not happy with your order? No problem! Returns and Warranty Policy - A full refund is available (less Shipping & Handling) for unopened merchandise in a resalable condition if it is returned within forty-five (45) days of the original invoice date. Merchandise may not be returned more than thirty days after the original invoice. Opened or used merchandise cannot be returned. All warranty claims are handled directly by the product manufacturer.
No Return Authorization is necessary to return eligible items - please simply package the returned item(s) with the original invoice (or a copy) and include a note in the return parcel letting us know the reason for the return. We will credit the Credit Card or PayPal Account used for the original when we have received and processed the return.
