As noted in the Return Policy section of the site, you'll receive a full refund (less Shipping & Handling) for unopened merchandise in resalable condition that is returned within forty-five days of the original invoice. Merchandise is not eligible for return after forty-five days from the original invoice. Opened or used merchandise cannot be returned. All warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturers of the products. To return eligible items, please package the item(s) to be returned along with the original invoice and a note to let us know the reason for the return. We will credit the payment method used for purchase upon receipt.
We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Gift Certificate. To use a gift certificate, add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. At checkout time, simply enter your gift certificate code in the appropriate box. If the amount of the gift certificate covers the cost of your order, you don't need to enter your credit card information. However, if the gift certificate amount doesn't cover your entire order, you will be required to pay the remaining balance by credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other payment method.
