First Class - US$7.95 For Any Size Order 
Tracking and Delivery Confirmation Service is included for all destinations in the USA. A Signature is Not required. (See below for Canadian First Class / Priority Mail). United States Postal Service (USPS) Delivery to the United States (includes APO, FPO) only. Orders ship by USPS First Class Mail. The average transit time for standard USPS shipping is three to five business days within the United States. For time-critical orders, please choose USPS Express Mail. Add shipping lead-time (see below) to estimate total delivery time. Shipping and Handling charges are "flat rate" for any size order. Customers will be charged when products ship. There are no additional shipping charges for backordered items shipped separately. All USPS shipments have a tracking number.

 

Priority Mail - US$13.95 For Any Size Order

United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground - US$14.95 For Any Size Order
UPS Ground delivers to the continental United States only. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Transit time for UPS is typically 5-7 business days. UPS Deliveries are made Monday through Friday except for Federal holidays. For time-critical orders, please choose USPS Express Mail. Add shipping lead-time (see below) to estimate total delivery time. Shipping and Handling charges are "flat rate" for any size order. Orders shipping via UPS ship complete, so if any portion of the order is out of stock, the order is not shipped until all items are available. Customers will be charged when products ship. All UPS shipments have a UPS tracking number.

Express Mail - US$23.95 For Any Size Order
United States Postal Service (USPS) Express Delivery to most destinations in the United States (one to three days). Add shipping lead-time (see below) to estimate total delivery time. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday. A customer signature is not required unless specifically requested. Shipping and Handling charges are "flat rate" for any size order. Customers will be charged when products ship. There are no additional shipping charges for backordered items shipped separately. Any shipments after the initial Express Mail shipment will ship via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. In-Store Pickup - No Charge For Any Size Order
Order online and pickup next business day at our Milford, New Hampshire location. Customers will be notified by email when their order is ready. Pickups can be made M-F EST 9 AM-4 PM.

Returns and Warranty Policy - A full refund is available (less Shipping & Handling) for unopened merchandise in a resalable condition if it is returned within 45 (forty-five) days of the original invoice date. Merchandise may not be returned more than 45 days after the original invoice. Opened or used merchandise cannot be returned. All warranty claims are handled directly by the product manufacturer. No Return Authorization is necessary to return eligible items - please simply package the returned item(s) with the original invoice (or a copy) and include a note in the return parcel letting us know the reason for the return. We will credit the Credit Card or PayPal Account used for the original when we have received and processed the return.

If the amount of the gift certificate covers the cost of your order, you don't need to enter your credit card information. However, if the gift certificate amount doesn't cover your entire order, you will be required to pay the remaining balance.
