Orchestral Strings
Orchestral string instruments are grouped into four main families based on how they produce sound:
- Violin: The smallest and highest-pitched string instrument.
- Viola: Slightly larger and lower-pitched than the violin.
- Cello: Larger than the viola, with a deeper, richer sound.
- Double Bass: The largest and lowest-pitched string instrument.
